At Magical Avenu, we take great pride in the quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship of each Moroccan handmade creation.
Every item is carefully crafted by passionate artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

2. Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• It is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, or certificates of authenticity.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is included.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, customization, or product nature, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods (e.g., natural ingredients or food items)
• Sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for a return, please contact us before sending it back at contact@magicalavenu.com.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Please contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the product to request an exchange.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
After this period, the order may already be in preparation or shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.
